After much googling of the Oscars fashion I found a few dresses and gowns that I think lived up to Oscar dress style. I came to the conclusion that very few women understood what it means to get dressed up for the Oscars. It's one of the award shows that gives you the freedom to step out and wear something that is bold. I believe the element of drama in your gown or dress is a must for the Oscars, but sadly the majority of celebs played it safe.
